HOF Game Cancellation Update

Here is an update regarding information we have received regarding the cancellation of the Hall of Fame game between the Green Bay Packers and the Indianapolis Colts on August 7, 2016.
All customers of Event USA who purchased packages that included game tickets have received refunds from Event USA for the ticket component. We, in turn, are seeking refunds for those tickets from the Hall of Fame, but have not received a refund yet. We felt it appropriate to issue refunds to our customers for the tickets immediately, rather than waiting for our refunds from the Hall of Fame.
As you may be aware from various news releases, a class-action lawsuit was commenced against the Hall of Fame and the NFL on behalf of fans who held tickets to the game. The Hall of Fame has since announced a program under which fans could apply for a compensation package that would include a lodging refund and other features and amenities. Fans who already received ticket refunds from us would not receive a second ticket refund from the Hall of Fame, but are eligible to apply for the other items in the compensation package.
So as to apply for that, an information packet will be sent by the Hall of Fame to our customers and they, in turn, can review that and decide whether they wish to accept that compensation package from the Hall of Fame.
We expect that information packet will be sent to our customers by the Hall of Fame on or before October 1, 2016.
